The wooden residential building project is located in Jddar. The construction site is in the Klafar district, northwest of the city.
Layout and Structure
The urban planning of residential buildings is based on the principle of a traditional urban block structure, which defines the hierarchy and character of spaces. These spaces range from public areas on the street to semi-private patios and private front gardens.
Project Location
The proposed block forms the corner of Sazavsk and K Milirzum streets. The spatial organization of the buildings creates a semi-public patio facing south, while recreation areas with local vegetation are located on the western part of the plot.
