London Creates 2026, a vast free-access exhibition, will bring together innovative architects, engineers, and designers who are shaping the future of design. The event will take place at The Truman Brewery in London from July 16 to July 26, 2026.
The organization is the responsibility of Archisource, in partnership with HP, Intel®, D5, and Affinity. The exhibition explores how human creativity merges with technology to transform the entire creative cycle, covering everything from the initial conception and ideation phase to manufacturing, implementation, and final construction.
Curated in collaboration with ZHA, the show brings together prominent studios, engineers, designers, and academic institutions in the field of construction. Through real projects, interactive virtual simulations, physical models, conceptual drawings, and demonstrations of digital tools, London Creates presents new methodologies in areas such as digital fabrication, structural computing, development of new materials, climate intelligence, and technological advancements applied to design.
Key attractions include ZHA's work on office design, AKT II and its collaborators, Mamou-Mani Architects and Fab.Pub. Furthermore, the exhibition features participation from important universities, such as the Architectural Association's AADRL, UCL's The Bartlett School of Architecture, and the University of East London's Design Fabrication Lab.
In addition to the exhibition, London Creates will offer a diverse program of lectures, workshops, and activities led by industry leaders, innovators, and creative organizations from the architecture, engineering, and design sectors. Highlights include a keynote speech by Patrik Schumacher, director of ZHA, various sessions with the ZHA team on technological innovations, a presentation by AKT II, an evening called 'Architects to Founders' featuring notable architecture and technology entrepreneurs, and roundtables with top creative teams.
The event schedule also includes practical workshops, such as those on modeling from Open City Education and architectural photography from Mass Collective, as well as broad sessions focused on creative practice, design technology, and the future of the built environment. Advance booking is advisable, as the capacity for certain events may be limited.
London Creates also promotes the Drawing of the Year Awards 2026, inviting visitors to explore visual creativity. This section displays drawings, creations, and representative works outstanding in the fields of architecture, art, and design, selected from thousands of global submissions. The awards celebrate the entire spectrum of architectural imagination, from hand sketches to hyper-realistic 3D visualizations, recognizing excellence in visual communication.
In collaboration with Free Range, the leading graduation showcase for emerging UK creative talent, London Creates aims to provide a major concentration of creative activity at The Truman Brewery, honoring the new generation of professionals in photography, fine arts, architecture, and design, with the goal of presenting new perspectives and ambitious UK work.
