A violation of legislation related to the illegal use of electricity was discovered in the Saihunobod district of the Syrdarya region. This was reported by the information service of the regional branch of the joint-stock company 'Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari'.
During a control raid conducted by specialists from the regional branch of JSC 'Hududiy Elektr Tarmoqlari' together with prosecutor's offices, illegal electricity consumption was established at the 'O.Y.A.' farm enterprise operating in this district.
The inspection revealed that the electricity meter at the farm enterprise was damaged. This led to the illegally used electricity not being fully accounted for.
According to preliminary estimates, this offense caused material damage to the energy supply company amounting to 834 million sums. Following standard procedure, an incident protocol was drawn up, and the collected documents were transferred to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment and action against the responsible persons.

A one-time financial assistance of 1 million sums was also provided to cover electricity and natural gas expenses during the autumn-winter period. In one month, the 'Vaqf' fund provided 500 thousand sums in financial aid.
Furthermore, through the 'Inson' social services center of the Bukha district, social services and practical assistance are provided to minor family members in accordance with the law.
Such targeted work not only strengthens the social protection of needy families but also contributes to improving their quality of life and strengthening faith in a better future.
