Following the completion of the new Swiss embassy in Lagos in 2016, the LOCALARCHITECTURE bureau continued its work in Abidjan. They are now working on a residential house project for the Deputy Head of the Swiss Embassy Mission.
This project has a dual function: it is conceived as a family home and also as a reception area, which allows it to meet the diplomatic goals of the Swiss delegation.
The leisure and gathering area of Opelmec, named QUINCHOPEL, was the subject of an architectural project developed by vbrügg. Opelmec is a company specialized in electromechanical works and projects located in the city of Córdoba.
The development is situated in an alley, near Sabattini Avenue (Route 9), specifically in the eastern zone. This location has characteristics of an elevated area, where residences, warehouses, and other production structures coexist. From this point, the project aims to create a social environment that offers wide views of the city.
