This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. Documents are accepted through the my.edu.uz platform until August 10.
According to the Ministry's announcement, diplomas issued by educational institutions of foreign states after January 1, 1992, must undergo nostrification according to the established procedure.
The admission parameters for the second and subsequent higher education are determined independently by the relevant council of each higher education institution, taking into account its scientific and pedagogical potential and material and technical base. It was also noted that studying for a second higher education is carried out on the basis of full payment contract.
Starting July 1 of this year, applications will be accepted for control professional certification tests for teachers in general secondary education institutions.
According to the relevant Cabinet of Ministers decision dated February 12, 2024, trainee teachers hired for the first time in general secondary education institutions, as well as educators without the corresponding qualification category, must pass professional certification tests.
Beginning on July 1, 2026, applications will be accepted through the Unified Interactive State Portal and State Service Centers. The deadline for submitting documents will be extended until June 31, 2026, inclusive.
Trainee teachers who scored less than 56 points or did not participate in the professional certification tests conducted in March-June of this year for various reasons are given the opportunity to reapply during this period.
Leaders urge educators to observe the established deadlines and submit their applications in a timely manner.
The online platform edu.bsa.uz has transformed into a modern digital educational environment designed for the continuous development of professional knowledge and skills of state civil servants. Currently, the platform hosts 9 training courses, and the total number of registered users has reached 179,701 people. A total of 480,779 certificates have been issued. To further improve and develop the platform in line with user needs, a survey was conducted among state civil servants. 13,545 respondents participated in the survey, and over 93 percent of participants positively assessed the platform. Additionally, 8,849 respondents stated their willingness to recommend this platform to others.
The online registration stage for admission to state higher and vocational educational institutions for the 2026-2027 academic year has concluded.
Applicants now face the next important step: making a payment within the specified timeframe. The deadline for making the payment is set for June 26 until 23:59.
Applicants who do not make the payment by the established time may lose the opportunity to participate in entrance exams. Therefore, all applicants are strongly advised to pay special attention to the payment issue.
