Consumer appeal regarding household waste removal services resolved in Kasbisk District

The practical session was organized to provide specialists with modern approaches, international experience, and innovative knowledge, as well as to raise their level of legal culture to an international standard. Participants gained in-depth knowledge of the activities of law firms, client management systems, modern methods of providing legal services, and experience in solving legal issues that arise in practice.

Furthermore, experienced specialists provided recommendations regarding the practical skills necessary for professional activity.

Results of the Event

According to responsible persons, this practical training helped the attendees strengthen theoretical knowledge with practical experience, develop professional competencies, and form a broader understanding of modern directions in legal practice.

A systematic inspection continues to protect consumer rights and ensure that safe and quality products enter the market. During recent checks, it was found that some perfume products sold in the Tashkent region do not comply with established technical requirements.

Conducting Inspection Activities

The Technical Regulation Inspection of the territorial department in the Tashkent region conducted checks at retail points. Samples were taken from eight different types of perfume products and subsequently subjected to laboratory tests to assess their safety indicators and compliance with current technical standards.

Violations Identified

Specifically, samples of a perfume product named 'Infinite Love', imported by the company 'SEANS MEAN' LLC, registered at Sh. Rashidova Street in the city of Chirchik, Tashkent region, underwent laboratory analysis. The results showed that this product does not meet the established standards. It was noted that the mass fraction of ethyl alcohol in the product's composition does not comply with regulatory requirements.

Measures Taken

Warning letters were sent to the trade entities regarding the identified violations. Furthermore, appropriate measures were taken to withdraw this product from circulation and suspend its sale.

Sambo athletes from Uzbekistan once again raised the country's flag at the competition in the Philippines, where the Asia-Pacific Youth and Junior Sambo Championship is being held.

Results of the second day of the competition

During the second day of the tournament, matches among youth took place. Representatives of the Uzbekistan national team won a total of 10 medals: one gold, three silver, and six bronze.

Achievements of individual athletes

Islom Abduzakirov (-71 kg) defeated all opponents and became champion. Silver medals were won by Laysan Sagadiyeva (-54 kg), Asadbek Ro‘zmetov (-58 kg), and Asadbek Yuldashboev (-98 kg). Bronze awards were given to Ozodbek Otaev (-64 kg), Taras Buchintsev (-79 kg), Nuriddin Sheraliev (-88 kg), Ruslan Shokirov (-98 kg), Asal Shavkatova (-72 kg), and Bakhtzhan Mamutov (-79 kg).

Summary of the competition among teenagers

It is worth noting that the day before, within the same competition, matches among teenagers took place. In this division, the Uzbekistan team received 4 gold, 2 silver, and 5 bronze medals.
