In the village of Qatrang, located in the Leylek district of the Botken region of Kyrgyzstan, an international friendship festival named 'Culture Calls for Friendship' is being held against the backdrop of picturesque nature along the Kozu-Baglan River.
Goals and Participants of the Festival
This festival aims to strengthen mutual understanding, friendship, and cultural ties between peoples by bringing together representatives of Kyrgyz, Uzbek, and Chinese cultures on one stage.
The event was organized at the initiative of cultural figure Asanbay Mansurov and artist Samara Karimova, who worked in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Among the festival participants were Maksatay Karimberdiev, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Botken region, Khurshidjon Akhmedov, Deputy Head of the Fergana region, as well as delegations from the People's Republic of China.
