Reforms aimed at developing the capital market, improving the investment environment, and increasing the attractiveness of the securities market in the country are showing results. This is confirmed by trading indicators registered on the Tashkent Stock Exchange in June 2026.
During the reporting period, 103,864 transactions involving securities from representatives of 14 different economic sectors were concluded on the exchange. The total value of these transactions amounted to 942.48 billion UZS. These figures indicate growing investor activity in the country's stock market and increasing interest in corporate securities.
According to statistics for June, the banking sector led in the number of transactions. 45,205 transactions were concluded in this sector, accounting for almost half of the total number of deals. This is explained by several factors: transformative processes in the country's banking system, expansion of digital services, privatization programs, and improvement of corporate governance in joint-stock companies make this sector more attractive to investors.
Following the banking sector were the insurance industry (21,455 transactions) and the financial services sector (13,609 transactions). This indicates that participants in the financial market show high interest not only in banks but also in other institutions providing financial services.
Although banks led in the number of transactions, the financial services sector took first place in terms of trading volume. A turnover of 715.04 billion UZS was carried out in this sector, which accounted for 75.87% of the total volume. This suggests that the majority of large investments are directed specifically to the financial services sphere.
The second place was held by the insurance sector, whose share amounted to 146.55 billion UZS or 15.55%. The third place was occupied by the transport sector, where a turnover of 47.78 billion UZS was realized, corresponding to 5.07% of the total trading volume.
It is important to note that only these three sectors formed more than 96% of the total trading volume on the stock exchange. This shows that investment flows in the capital market are currently mainly concentrated in the financial sector.
The report also notes that some industries are not yet active enough in the stock market. In particular, only 44 transactions were made in the leasing sector, with a turnover of 519.35 thousand UZS. This may be due to the small number of issuers in this sector, low liquidity of securities, or insufficient development of investor interest.
According to economists, for the sustainable development of the stock market, it is important to attract investments not only into the financial sector but also into real sectors such as industry, construction, energy, telecommunications, information technology, and agro-industrial complex. This will increase the inflow of long-term investments into various sectors of the economy and ensure the liquidity and stability of the stock market.
In conclusion, the results for June 2026 demonstrate positive dynamics in the country's stock market. The approach of the trading volume to almost one trillion UZS, the execution of over one hundred thousand transactions, and the high level of investor activity testify to the effectiveness of the reforms being implemented to develop the capital market. Nevertheless, further key tasks include expanding the participation of other sectors of the economy, attracting new issuers to the stock market, and increasing investment culture among the population and institutional investors.
To ensure the implementation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan's decision dated October 6, 2025, strengthen the material and technical base of the consumer rights protection system, and increase the efficiency of handling appeals, official vehicles were transferred to the Kashkadarya region.
The Federation of Consumer Protection Societies of Uzbekistan transferred modern official transport to the regional association of the Kashkadarya region. Specifically, 'Tracker' brand cars were transferred to the consumer protection societies of the cities of Koson and Mirishkor, while 'Onix' brand cars were transferred to the consumer protection societies of the Kashkadarya region.

The information portal 'Ochyk Budget', launched at the initiative of the President, demonstrates its effectiveness as a powerful mechanism that transforms public opinion into a key factor for national development. This system finances projects initiated by citizens, contributing to the transformation of village appearance, improving living standards, and ensuring sustainable infrastructure development.
A concrete example of such positive changes is the construction work carried out on the territory of the 'Bogishamol' village council in the Bakhmal district of the Zhiz region. This work is a practical realization of the mentioned positive reforms.
Specifically, nearly 6 kilometers of gravel roads were repaired and covered with asphalt pavement. This has created safe and convenient conditions for people's movement. Importantly, this has also facilitated students' access to educational institutions, ensured proper conditions for daily travel of citizens, and increased the efficiency of transport flows.
The implementation of such projects confirms the consistency of state policy, which is based on human interests. In particular, the President's decision of October 25, 2022, on 'Expanding measures to increase the volume of funding for projects formed based on public opinion' allowed for the improvement of the budgeting system with citizen participation. This expanded the possibilities for financing public initiatives through 'Ochyk Budget' and created an effective mechanism for solving urgent village problems based on public opinion. The result in the Bakhmal district is a clear confirmation of the stable implementation of this decision.
This project not only improves road infrastructure but also strengthens mutual trust and cooperation between the state and the people. Since the initiative comes from the population, the decision is made by the community, and the final result serves the interests of the entire village.
