American singer SZA, whose real name is Solána Imani Rowe, has shared information about her recent autism diagnosis. On July 5, SZA posted on her personal Instagram account, announcing that she had been professionally diagnosed with high-functioning autism.
In the caption to the post, SZA wrote: 'Finally found the time and got an official diagnosis... Asperger's/high-functioning autism/smarter than you devils, so stop playing games with me because pattern recognition told me, and I will dig to the bottom, thank you.' The Grammy Award winner also posted a photo of medical documents stating: 'Solana Rowe is a woman who demonstrates a history, pattern of scores, and behavior during examination that is highly consistent with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).'
