The Le Diamant Cultural Complex, located near Place d'Youville in the center of Quebec's cultural district, was conceived to transform the former YMCA, a historic building dating back to 1879, into a multidisciplinary hub focused on performing arts and creation.
Project Details
This project was developed specifically for the company Ex Machina. The architectural proposal seeks to harmonize the need to preserve the building's historical structure with the integration of new functionalities, such as a versatile theater with a capacity for 625 spectators, a dedicated creation studio, and the inclusion of renovated public areas.
