Abhinandan Lodha, promoter of 'The House of Abhinandan Lodha', stated that Bachchan himself contacted him late at night to inquire about a large plot of land. Subsequently, the actor acquired a large plot of 15,000 square feet in the premium project by 'The Sarayu' company, valued at approximately 15 crore rupees.

Lodha recalled that he initially expected the actor to be interested in a small property but was surprised when Bachchan requested a very large plot.
