According to this review, the market showed significant revitalization, driven by high levels of economic activity, growing housing demand, expanded mortgage lending volumes, increased real incomes of citizens, and consistently high construction and investment activity.
Market Dynamics in the First Quarter
In the first quarter of 2026, the total number of buying and selling transactions reached 110.1 thousand, exceeding the figures for the same period last year by 48.4%. The most noticeable increase in deals was registered in March. Significant growth rates were recorded in several regions: Tashkent saw a 64% increase, Syrdarya region saw a 67% increase, Andijan region saw a 56% increase, and Navoi region saw a 52% increase. These trends indicate an activation of economic life and urbanization processes in these regions.
